Terms of Sale

Supplier identity. JT Greyling, trading as BuyWorldZa, 149 Kruger Street, Rustenburg, 0299, North West (physical address for service of legal documents), telephone 067 597 3499, email [email protected]. Legal status: sole proprietor. No company registration number exists and none is displayed.
Full price. Every price shown includes delivery anywhere in South Africa and any applicable taxes. No charges are added at checkout.
Payment. Card and Instant EFT, processed by Yoco on their secured page. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later, lay-bye or any credit product.
Dispatch and delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery takes 1–3 business days in main centres and 2–4 business days in regional areas, by The Courier Guy. A tracking number is sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
Your right to cancel. For goods we physically ship, you may cancel this electronic transaction without reason and without penalty within 7 days of receiving them (ECTA s44); if we failed to disclose any information required by ECTA s43, that period extends to 14 days. This cooling-off right does not apply to a download, or to software, once you have opened or accessed it (ECTA s42(2)(f)(iii) and s42(2)(g)) — which is what the free demo is for. Returns. Goods we ship: unused returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, refunded within 5 business days of the item arriving. Digital products: no change-of-mind refund, because a download cannot be handed back. See Returns & Refunds.
Defective goods or a faulty file. Within 6 months you may choose a repair, a replacement or a refund (Consumer Protection Act s56), and for goods we also carry the delivery cost (CPA s20). No policy of ours may exclude that right.
Records. A full record of your transaction is emailed to you and you may request a copy at any time.
Complaints and disputes. Email [email protected] first; we will respond within 5 business days. If the matter is not resolved, you may refer it to the National Consumer Commission (thencc.org.za).
Reviews, stock and urgency. We publish no invented reviews, no invented stock counts and no artificial deadlines. If a stock figure is shown, it is the real figure.

Privacy Policy (POPIA)

1. Who we are

BuyWorldZa is a sole proprietorship trading as BuyWorldZa, JT Greyling, 149 Kruger Street, Rustenburg, 0299, North West, [email protected], 067 597 3499. We are the "responsible party" for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Our Information Officer

JT Greyling, [email protected]. Our Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator of South Africa and is the person to contact about anything in this policy.

3. What we collect, and why

Name, email, mobile number and delivery address — to process and deliver your order (performance of the contract).
Order history — for returns, warranties and queries (contract and legitimate interest).
IP address and cookie identifiers — to keep the store secure and see which pages work (legitimate interest; non-essential cookies only with your consent).
Marketing email or WhatsApp — only with your explicit opt-in, which you may withdraw at any time from the link in every message.

4. What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card number. Payment details are entered on our payment provider's own secured page — Yoco — and processed by them as an independent operator. We do not collect identity numbers and we do not buy or rent personal information from anyone.

5. Who we share it with

Only the operators needed to deliver your order: Yoco (payment), The Courier Guy (delivery and tracking), and our store and email hosting provider Cloudflare Pages. Each has a written agreement with us requiring confidentiality and appropriate security (POPIA s21). We do not sell personal information.

6. Does your information leave South Africa?

Store files and email are hosted by providers outside South Africa (Cloudflare and Google), so personal information is processed outside the country. Payment is handled by Yoco, a South African payment provider. Where an operator processes personal information outside South Africa, we rely on that operator's safeguards as POPIA permits.

7. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: 5 years, because tax law requires it. Marketing consent records: until you withdraw them. Cookie data: per the cookie notice.

8. How we protect it

HTTPS across the store, access limited to the owner, unique passwords with two-factor authentication on the store and payment dashboards, and no customer lists stored on personal devices or in spreadsheets.

9. Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, withdraw marketing consent, and complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). Requests to [email protected]. We verify your identity first and respond within 30 days.

10. Security compromise

If your personal information is accessed by an unauthorised person, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as soon as reasonably possible after discovery, as POPIA requires.

Returns & Refunds

Everything we sell today is digital — printable art you download and print yourself, and a point-of-sale programme you download and run on your own computer. That makes this section short, and it is the honest version rather than the longest one.

Digital products: no change-of-mind refunds. A download cannot be handed back once it has been opened. That is exactly why the demo is free, and why every product shows you what you get before you pay: try it first, and pay only if it does what you need. The law draws the same line — the 7-day cooling-off right in ECTA s44 does not apply to goods that by their nature cannot be returned (s42(2)(f)(iii)), or to computer software and audio/video recordings once the consumer has unsealed or accessed them (s42(2)(g)). We would rather you never pay for something you have not tried.
The one thing we never refuse. If a file is faulty, corrupted, never arrives, or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you — your choice, within 6 months (Consumer Protection Act s56). No policy of ours can take that away (CPA s51), and we would not want to.
Goods, if we ever ship anything to you: cancel within 7 days of receiving them, no reason needed (ECTA s44); unused returns accepted within 30 days of delivery; faulty goods within 6 months — your choice of repair, replacement or refund, and we carry the delivery cost (CPA s20).
Refund timing: within 5 business days of the cancellation, or of the returned item arriving, to the original payment method.
How: email [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out. For a download that will not open, a screenshot of what you saw is the fastest route to a working file.

PAIA Manual (Promotion of Access to Information Act s51)

5. How to request access. Send the prescribed form to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Prescribed fees may apply. Requests for another person's personal information are refused.

6. Grounds for refusal. As set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including personal privacy, commercial confidentiality and records subject to legal privilege.

7. Remedies. A requester may complain to the Information Regulator or apply to court.

8. Availability. This manual is published on this page and is available in printed form on request.
